We do not require user accounts. We collect transient order data (items, quantities, and table numbers) to facilitate the dining experience.

Information is used exclusively to route orders from customers to the correct restaurant kitchen and to provide sales analytics to owners.
Communication
Contact details are used for onboarding, support, and critical service notifications regarding subscription status.

All data transmitted between the customer and the restaurant is protected via industry-standard SSL encryption.
Third-Parties
We utilize Google Firebase/Firestore for secure, cloud-based data storage. We do not sell or share your information with marketing third-parties.
Integrations & Privacy
Data Ownership
For restaurants with custom integrations, we relinquish all access to the local database upon setup handover to ensure total data sovereignty for the client.
