Service Overview
Scan2Order provides a digital ordering platform designed to streamline restaurant operations through QR code menu systems and online order processing.
Restaurant Retainers
Our standard services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. This subscription ensures continuous access to the ordering dashboard, real-time tracking, and technical hosting.
Menu Maintenance
We provide one (1) comprehensive menu update free of charge every month for standard subscribers. Any additional updates within the same month may attract a nominal processing fee.
Subscription Governance
Subscription payments are due on the expiry date of the current cycle. Scan2Order reserves the right to suspend a restaurant's digital page and ordering functionality if a subscription remains unpaid for fifteen (15) days after the expiry date.
Custom Integrations
For restaurants requiring integration into their existing websites: we provide setup and handover services. Upon completion, management of the integrated system is transferred to the restaurant. Scan2Order does not retain access to the restaurant's private database thereafter. Technical support for these integrations is provided for a period of two (2) months post-setup, after which maintenance becomes the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
Food & Service Quality
Scan2Order acts solely as a technology provider. We are not responsible for, nor do we verify, the quality, safety, or legality of food items prepared by restaurants. Any disputes regarding food quality or physical service must be resolved directly between the customer and the restaurant.
Platform Usage
Restaurants are responsible for ensuring their table QR codes are properly displayed and that their staff is trained to handle digital order confirmations through the provided admin interface.
